Scanning Service - Do you have any old drawings taking up lots of space?
This is a relatively new service of scanning drawings on to a disk in order to save storage space. Whether it's for 1 or 100,000 drawings they will be scanned onto computer, using the latest technology, burnt onto CD's, floppy disks or zip disks, thus saving you a lot of time and space. In addition to scanning the drawings, if they are old or dirty we can de-speckle and de-skew whilst scanning the original. This process provides a much higher quality product than microfilming. Putting drawings onto disk will not only eradicate the storage situation but also retrieval. All the disks are labelled and drawings can be easily retrieved in a matter of seconds. Digital files can be brought back to us and prints made if a paper copy is needed at a later date.

Raster to Vector - Fed up with wasting time re-drawing old plans?
We now have the answer to your problem. We are able to take your old drawings, scan them onto a computer, clean them up, if required, and then convert them to a vector file. This then enables you to work on them in a design package e.g. Auto-cad. We are also able to convert previously scanned drawings into workable ones. The various ways we can supply them are, zip disk, floppy disk, via e-mail or CD-Rom.
